ABOUT ME

As a multiple NZ champion in Motorsport and Canoe Sprint, sport has always been central to my life. For me it is about exploring your limits. It has been an incredible tool for me to grow as a person and find incremental improvement in life.

I’m also a Sports Dietitian and Coach, helping others to find the same joy in sport. I use a science and evidence based approach to enable others to excel in their own sporting pursuits. I’m passionate about optimising health and performance, to help you reach your goals. As a coach I specialise in kayaking and multisport. I have years of experience, completing the Coast to Coast three times. I have coached Hamish Elliott to win the 2024 Coast to Coast Longest Day and Campbell Gray to win the 2023 Motu Challenge.
